On the run

Today I'm especially running after my God..... My hands and feet have more pain than "normal", and I'm being s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d to trust my Lord and my hubby to watch over my sweet 8 year old who is on her first trip to Six Flags (someone was just killed there 2 days ago).

We should continually RUN after our Lord. Our Lover. Our Bridegroom. Not just on days that we are seeking refuge, but CONTINUALLY.

How 'bout you? Got your Nike's on???

Chelle,

I will be praying for the pain in your hands and feet to subside and for the Lord to ease your pain. I am sure His hands are guarding Tim and Callie as they are having a great time together today! I can't wait to see pictures of them home safe and sound!! :)

Love you,

Cyndi

"O LORD, do not rebuke me in Your anger, or discipline me in Your wrath.

Be merciful to me, LORD, for I am faint; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are in agony.

My soul is in anguish, How long, O LORD, how long?

Turn, O LORD, and deliver me; save me because of Your unfailing love. No one remembers You when he is dead. Who praises you from the grave?

I am worn out from groaning; all night long I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears. My eyes grow weak with sorrow; they fail because of all my foes.

Away from me, all you who do evil, for the LORD has heard my cry for mercy; the LORD accepts my prayer."

(Psalm 6 1-9)

Chelle,

Praying that your pain is lifted and your tonight and tomorrow are better days! I have arthritis, and I recite this Psalm a LOT when it gets bad. ;)

Take care!
